چکیده
The shape memory (SM) capabilities of nanocomposites based on two photocurable acrylated/methacrylated resins, doped with carbon nanotubes (CNTs), and manufactured by digital light processing 3D printing were investigated. mechanical properties glass transition temperature (Tg) can be tailored in a broad range varying the weight ratio resins (Tg ranging from 15 to 190 °C; Young’s modulus 1.5 2500 MPa). Shape fixity (SF) recovery (SR) ratios are strongly influenced being significantly higher at temperatures close Tg. results confirm that SF depends stiffness chain segments between cross-linking points, whereas SR mainly cross-link density network. CNT addition barely affects conventional oven, speed using IR heating is increased for due their absorbance.

Investigation of Carrier Transport in GaN Single Crystals and Radiation Detectors by Thermally Stimulated Methods
We investigated single crystals of GaN and thin film GaN radiation detectors by thermally stimulated currents and thermally stimulated depolarization methods in order to characterize carrier transport properties as influenced by material defect structure. In thick GaN no expressed structure of the thermally stimulated current spectra was observed in the temperature range from 100 K up to 350 K,...
متن کاملKinetic Study of the Pyrolysis of Waste Printed Circuit Boards Subject to Conventional and Microwave Heating
This paper describes a kinetic study of the decomposition of waste printed circuit boards (WPCB) under conventional and microwave-induced pyrolysis conditions. We discuss the heating rates and the influence of the pyrolysis on the thermal decomposition kinetics of WPCB. We find that the thermal degradation of WPCB in a controlled conventional thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) occurred in the tem...
متن کاملThermally Stimulated Currents
Thermally stimulated current-curves in CdS platelets with slit electrodes change their character when the photoelectric gain-factor increases above one. Here the photocurrent remains essentially frozen-in up to temperatures at which marked thermal quenching sets in. A positive space charge region is assumed to be responsible for the frozen-in photocurrent. A reliable TSC-analysis of the trap di...
متن کاملBulk Nanocomposites Produced by Thermally Activated Severe Plastic Deformation
In this paper, several versions of extrusion processes were used to provide severe plastic deformation for grain refinement (with a modified ECAE extrusion) and for grain/fiber alignment (with straight extrusion). The process was performed at elevated temperatures to reduce extrusion pressure, and in order to increase strength and avoid grain growth secondary phases were added or insitu formed....
